Meet the Founders
Zentry Pass was created by friends and cofounders Karly Lamm and Terry Hammett, both proud to call St. Louis, the Show Me State, home.
As founding engineers at a fast-growing startup that was later acquired by a Fortune 1 company, they experienced firsthand the challenges of scaling a product, navigating acquisition, and eventually facing a strict return-to-office policy. That turning point sparked the idea for Zentry Pass. What if there was a way to give employees the flexibility they crave while giving employers the visibility they need?
Today, Karly Lamm, CEO, brings her expertise in product development, partnerships, and scaling software solutions, while Terry Hammett, CTO, brings deep technical knowledge and a track record of building reliable, user-centered systems.
